Return Policy
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How to Return a Product:
- Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@dmovdo.com with your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and (optionally) the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions from us.
- Pack the product carefully and send it back to the provided address.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend sending returns via track & trace.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
